  So scheduling conflict of my own making- I have mom brain- but went for what I thought was my appointment and again I take responsibility for the mistake. However, I will not go back for my scheduled appointment because the owner didn't even greet me or acknowledge I was in the building. I sat awkwardly for thirty minutes then asked if I had an appointment she explained my mistake but by that point I realized I don't want to go back. She remained on her phone with her back turned toward me and had limited to no interaction with client who was there. Just not for me. Then I got a message from her telling me she was sorry I taken so long responding and had made mistake in my dates. I know it was my bad but could've been handled nicer and if I had been greeted I wouldn't have wasted my time sitting awkwardly in salon. Again my bad but would like to have been made to feel welcome.
